Share your digital story
The Slovenian tourism organization will be part of the Days of Slovenian Tourism on 16.11. organized an event entitled “IT tour”.
The IT tour will be held for the first time and is one of the measures of the new Strategy for the Digital Transformation of Slovenian Tourism 2022-2026, prepared by the WTO in March 2022. The IT tour will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, gain new knowledge and learn about successful solutions. The goal of the event is to give participants closer contact with digital technologies and an insight into digital stories unfolding in the Slovenian tourist area.
Tourism stakeholders in Slovenia implement many and very diverse projects in the field of digital transformation, which can offer other stakeholders valuable insight into approaches and experiences and thus facilitate their path in achieving their own goals.
That is why STO, in cooperation with SRIPT (Strategic Development Innovation Partnership Tourism), is publishing an invitation to capture digital stories, i.e. “MY DIGITAL STORY”, which will be presented and shared with tourism stakeholders in various ways (at the IT tour event, in the SRIPT newsletter or other media).
Therefore, they invite all tourism stakeholders to share their digital experiences in the form of stories.
Digital stories are projects for the introduction of digital solutions, carried out by tourism stakeholders in their own organization independently or in the form of consortia with the aim of creating new value for guests and better quality management or efficient business operations.
By sharing your story, you will contribute to spreading knowledge and strengthening cooperation between tourism stakeholders in Slovenia and support the comprehensive process of digital transformation of the tourism industry.
